Collection: The Response Time Paradox in fMRI: Maps of average RT-based activation across 7 tasks (1-pvalue maps)
Description: This map was obtained using randomise's TFCE with 5000 permutations through the following call (edited out full path names to simplify). This is an f-test for a 1-sample t-test, which is equivalent to a 2-sided, 1-sample t-test. The input is the first level estimate of the between-trial response time (RT) effect (i.e. linear relationship between BOLD activation and RT across trials, within condition, averaged across conditions). randomise -i stroop_lev1_contrast_response_time_rtmod_rt_uncentered.nii.gz -o randomise_output_model_one_sampt -m mask.nii.gz -1 -t desmat.con -f desmat.fts -T -n 5000
