Description: Figure 3: Clusters of activation across all explore-exploit tasks, in both the exploration and exploitation conditions. This analysis incorporates a meta-analysis of N=23 studies that assesses activation unique to exploration and exploitation. The results are consistent with our hypotheses, showing activation in the ACC, IPS, dlPFC, vmPFC, and VS.
