Structural Alterations in the Superior Temporal Gyrus Associated with depressive symptoms in Migraine Without Aura: A VBM and SBM Study

Description: This study employed voxel-based and surface-based morphometry to compare gray matter volume and cortical morphology between patients with migraine without aura (MwoA) and healthy controls (HC). In addition, by stratifying patients according to depressive symptom severity (HAMD-17), we explored whether structural brain alterations differ between subgroups and investigated their potential association with depressive symptomatology.
