Mapping gray and white matter volume abnormalities in early-onset psychosis - a ENIGMA multicenter voxel-based morphometry study

Description: This is the meta-analysis result from ENIGMA early onset psychosis(EOP) working group. We have mapped gray matter and white matter differences between EOP individuals and healthy controls using VBM. We also investigated the association between brain volume in EOP individuals and clinical variables, as well as tested how different image processing parameters influenced the result. In the collection, we present the Hedges' g maps and FWE corrected Z maps for each analysis.
