Collection: Multimodal MRI of grey matter, white matter, and functional connectivity in cognitively healthy mutation carriers at risk for frontotemporal dementia and Alzheimer's disease

Description: This is a result of the whole-brain analysis of diffusion tensor imaging data using tract-based spatial statistics. The map shows (1 - p) values for differences in radial diffusivity (RD) corrected using threshold-free cluster enhancement (TFCE) where MAPT/GRN mutation carriers show decreased RD compared to controls.
