Collection: A neurogenetic analysis of female autism

Description: Corrected 1-p map associated with the ASD boys > ASD girls t-map. Map generated with FSL's randomise with n = 10,000 permutations and threshold-free cluster enhancement. This analysis was masked by regions where the mean BIO > SCRAM z-value for ASD boys was greater than 0 (see ASD boys BIO > SCRAM positive mask).
