Lower fractional anisotropy (FA) in patients compared to controls

Contributed by deneb.boito on April 6, 2023

Collection: Brain white matter microstructure is altered in previously hospitalized patients with post COVID-19 condition: MRI findings with generalized diffusion encoding

Communities: developmental

Description: Threshold-free cluster-enhanced p-value images (fully corrected for multiple comparisons across space) showing where fractional anisotropy (FA) is significantly lower for the patient group. Note that the image are 1-p for convenience of display, so thresholding at .95 gives significant clusters.

Warning: This map seems to be thresholded, sparse or acquired with limited field of view (98.39% of voxels are zeros). Some of the NeuroVault functions such as decoding might not work properly. Please use unthresholded maps whenever possible.
