T-map of the association between SSRT and FA-by-age

Collection: Maturational trajectories of white matter microstructure underlying the right presupplementary motor area reflect individual improvements in motor response cancellation in children and adolescents

Communities: developmental

Description: This unthresholded t-map corresponds to the effect size map displayed in Figure 8 in the article. It displays the association between SSRTlog and FA-by-age across the white matter skeleton, after correction for SST test-retest effects, movement during DWI, age, age2, sex, age-by-sex, age2-by-sex and FA (88 participants, 576 datasets, df = 480). To create Figure 8 in the article we used the Fsleyes software, part of FSL, to overlay the t-map on top of the mean FA image in MNI space. Red-yellow [Brain colours] was used to depict positive t-values and Blue-Light blue was used for negative t-values. Min was set to 0 and Max to 3.311, which corresponds to a p-value of 0.001.

Warning: This map seems to be thresholded, sparse or acquired with limited field of view (98.57% of voxels are zeros). Some of the NeuroVault functions such as decoding might not work properly. Please use unthresholded maps whenever possible.
